That's good, juicy stuff - pretty much all of it. If it's not talking about hard data regarding this kind of troubleshooting, it's covering good, solid philosophical ground: how to think about troubleshooting at this level. I'm glad you brought it up, and I'm confident that a number of our readers will appreciate it and learn from it.
